Installation of Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) involves different procedures based on the existing roof structure. Industrial Foam Roofs

Spray foam insulation is an excellent choice for many applications in the industrial space. Spray foam insulation not only ensures total thermal insulation and soundproofing but is also environment friendly.

Leak-free Roof System: SPF creates a leak free monolithic seal over your entire roof deck providing a protective roof shell. Sprayed Polyurethane Foam is applied as a liquid using plural-component spray equipment to fill cracks and crevices. It then expands approximately 35 times its original liquid volume to form a hard, closed cell monolithic roof surface.

Self-flashing: The Polyurethane Foam dries within seconds after applied to the roof surface. Its expansion results in a weather tight roofing membrane that is fully adhered to the substrate.

High insulation value / rapid payback with energy savings: Polyurethane Foam has a history of more than 35 years as a maintainable roofing medium. Polyurethane Foam adds excellent insulation value to the structure and utility bills can reflect the difference.

Strong adhesion and wind uplift resistance: SPF adheres to just about everything so it can be installed over concrete, wood, steel, and most existing roof systems which saves on the expense of roof removal and landfill fees.

Why Foam Roofing?

Seamless: Sprayed on urethane foam has neither joints nor seams, nor the heat and water leakage problems associated with them.
Versatile: Several types of urethane foam are available. Each has characteristics to meet the needs of a specific application.
Rigidity: Urethane foam will not sag, buckle, pack down or mat with ordinary use. It thus retains its insulating value for the life of the installation.
INERT: Urethane foam is an inert substance, although it must be protected from direct sunlight. It is odorless, has no nutritive value to rodents or insects and will not break down from attack by either mildew or fungi.

Their crew and crew leader were courteous, professional and friendly, and cleaned  up so thoroughly each day, it was as if they had not even been there. Of course, no homeowner really knows how well the job was done until the next rainfall.
